Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Utopia, operated by Nomadic Ventures Group Inc. Please read them before creating an account. By accepting these terms in the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not enroll. Browsing these pages does not activate a membership or authorize a charge.

Adults and accounts

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and have authority to agree to these terms. Protect your account and report unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or share another person’s private information without permission. Additional eligibility checks may be presented before enrollment.

What Caelo provides

Utopia provides fitness, nutrition, tracking and educational tools, including AI-assisted guidance where enabled. It is not a medical practice, clinician, diagnostic service or emergency service. It does not prescribe treatment or replace medical care. Lab and DEXA providers are independent services. Follow the testing provider’s instructions and seek appropriate medical help for symptoms or concerning results. Do not change medication based on an app response.

Estimates and personal responsibility

Calorie needs, wearable measurements, body-composition estimates and progress timelines are uncertain. AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, a particular appearance or a completion date. Any future generated body illustration is an illustration, not a prediction or measurement. Exercise and changes to eating or drinking involve risks; use the service within your abilities and stop activities that cause concerning symptoms. Nothing in these terms waives rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived.

Enrollment and participation

Before full access, the app may require current personal information, a verified connection to at least one supported wearable, a weight scale, DEXA and laboratory submissions, private relaxed and flexed progress photos, program commitments and acceptance of required agreements. The app identifies the requirements and whether the necessary services are available. An invitation does not bypass them. Do not submit fabricated results or connection evidence. Baseline photos must be non-explicit, your own, and taken under the conditions explained in the app.

Alcohol commitments

If enrollment includes an alcohol-free or at-most-one-day-per-week commitment, you agree to the option you select. This is a participation rule, not a statement that drinking on one day is safe or that any quantity will preserve your results. Legal drinking-age restrictions still apply. Verified violations may lead to suspension after review; wearable readings alone are not proof of a violation. We will provide the reason and an opportunity to respond where practicable. Do not abruptly stop drinking if you may be alcohol dependent; obtain medical help because withdrawal can be dangerous.

Payments and cancellation

The planned membership price is US$50 per month. Paid subscriptions are not currently available. Before any paid enrollment, checkout must show the actual price, applicable taxes, renewal terms, cancellation method and any usage allowance. Extra AI usage or top-ups require clear pricing and your authorization; these terms do not authorize an automatic top-up. You can decline a future price change by cancelling before it takes effect. Applicable consumer refund and cancellation rights remain in place.

Your content and privacy

You retain ownership of your content. You give Utopia only the permission needed to store and process it to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable consent choices. Uploading private health records does not grant a right to publish them or use your likeness in advertising. You are responsible for content you choose to share. Do not harass others, post unlawful content, attempt to access another account or interfere with the service.

Third-party services and previews

Wearables, identity providers, laboratories, scan facilities and AI providers have separate services and terms. Their availability can change. Preview and test features can be incomplete or unavailable; a successful preview is not proof that live authentication, subscriptions, device synchronization or report review are operational. We will identify material limitations rather than represent unavailable features as connected.

Suspension, closure and changes

We may restrict access for security issues, abuse, material violations or unmet enrollment requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to respond. You may request account closure through our contact address. Closing an account does not automatically erase information subject to retention requirements; see the Privacy Policy. We may change the service or terms and provide notice of material changes. If renewed acceptance is required, we will request it. Any mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

Disputes and legal rights

Please contact us first with concerns so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class-action rights, limit liability for fraud or unlawful conduct, or remove rights that applicable law protects. They do not represent a promise that Utopia is suitable for every person or purpose.
